Open Studio for Teens

Grab your friends and get creative! New York City teens are invited to a free drop-in art making program at the Whitney on most Fridays from 4–6 pm. Bring your works-in-progress or create something entirely new.

Open Studio for Teens: C. Spencer Yeh

Interdisciplinary artist C. Spencer Yeh invites teens to play with shape, line, color, and composition. In this drop-in art workshop, participants will create layered drawings and project them onto a screen to experiment with different juxtapositions. Yeh will work with participants and answer questions about his practice. All supplies are provided and no previous art experience is required—everyone is welcome!
